A performance-focused Y62 setup built around dyno calibration and the airflow upgrades that help the 5.6L V8 make better use of the available hardware.
4JJ3 Package Builder
Build a 4JJ3 package around towing, touring, daily drivability or stronger performance with ECU/TCU calibration and selected intake, cooling and exhaust upgrades.
N80 Hilux Package Builder
Combine engine and transmission calibration with selected airflow, exhaust, intercooler and transmission-cooling upgrades for a more complete 1GD setup.
What Our Package Deals Can Include

ECU Calibration
Custom engine calibration developed around the vehicle, modifications, fuel, load and intended use.
Transmission Calibration
Where supported, transmission behaviour can be calibrated to work with the additional engine torque and the way the vehicle is used.
Intercooler Upgrades
More charge-air cooling capacity can help reduce heat soak and keep intake temperatures more consistent under sustained load.
Transmission Cooling
Additional cooling is particularly useful on vehicles that tow, carry weight or spend long periods working under higher load.
Intake & Airbox Upgrades
Platform-specific intake improvements can support airflow where the factory setup becomes restrictive.
Exhaust Upgrades
Suitable exhaust upgrades can improve flow and are matched to the hardware combination and calibration target.
Hardware And Calibration Should Work Together
A tune can only work with the hardware fitted to the vehicle. Cooling capacity, airflow, transmission heat, tyre size, vehicle weight and the intended use can all affect what makes sense.
Building the vehicle as a complete package means the calibration can be developed around the actual supporting hardware rather than adding parts later and hoping they all work together.
TTP + Airborne
TechTune Performance handles the dyno testing and calibration work, while supporting hardware can be supplied and fitted through Airborne Suspension & Mechanical where applicable.
That gives you a clearer path from hardware selection through to final dyno calibration and validation instead of juggling unrelated parts and appointments.

What vehicles currently have package options?
Current package paths include the 4JJ3-powered Isuzu D-MAX, Isuzu MU-X and Mazda BT-50, the Toyota N80 Hilux and selected Nissan Y62 Patrol performance combinations.
Do I have to buy every upgrade in the package?
No. The package builders are there to help you combine the upgrades that suit your vehicle and budget. Not every vehicle requires every available component.
Why combine hardware with the dyno tune?
It allows the finished calibration to be developed around the hardware actually fitted to the vehicle, while supporting cooling and airflow requirements can be considered from the beginning.
Can you build a package for another vehicle?
Yes, depending on the platform and available hardware. If your vehicle is not listed above, send us the make, model, modifications and what you want from it and we can discuss the available options.
