When you contact us about a diagnostic or tune, the fastest way to get a useful answer is to include your vehicle’s make, model, engine code and roughly how it has been modified so far, if at all. A quick description of what prompted you to contact us — a check engine light, a drop in power, or simply wanting more from your vehicle — also helps us point you in the right direction before you even arrive.
If you would rather contact us by phone, that is fine too, just pleast txt or enquire and we can book you in a phone appointment, though for anything more technical it often helps to follow up in writing so nothing gets lost between the initial conversation and your booking.
